Join me and Stephanie Trounce of Stephanie Trounce Healing in the borough of Bellevue for breathwork, supportive self touch, and Reiki healing treatments on Sunday November 24. Please arrive by 2pm.

As we enter the most wonderful time of the year, gift yourself an opportunity to connect with other soul travelers as well as gain skills to self regulate during a sometimes stressful season.

Our afternoon together will begin with gentle breathwork designed to bring us back into our bodies whilst simultaneously opening the energies to explore supportive self touch.

Supportive self touch is a somatic self-regulating tool that can help separate emotions from bodily issues and encourages emotional processing.

Our time together will conclude with individual Reiki healing treatments.

Reiki comes from the Japanese words rei, which can be translated into "universal" and ki, which can be translated into "life-energy". Reiki can be used to heal not only the body but the mind, the spirit and emotions as well. It also brings greater joy, inner peace and balance.

While waiting for your 20 minutes on the table, you can enjoy light fare, intentionally-crafted beverages, and time socializing with other like minded soul travelers.
